We went to soso to look at Yamahas first. Didn’t like how soso had “final price” which turned out to be half of what the final price really was. The salesman shrugged his shoulders and said “at the wayyyyy bottom of the page it says that what we labeled final price isn’t actually the final price.” Went to coco and Rob was honest, up front and helpful. They were patient enough to let my lil guy run amuck the whole time the purchase was processed and bike was inspected. This experience took me from a couple decades of riding blue to a Honda being my first brand new bike from the customer service alone.

~~Buy their bikes, use your own mechanic.~~ The short version of my experience is, the sales staff (I'm trying to find my salesmans name but can't, oof! I'll edit this when I find his card.) is phenomenal. From the lower sales staff to the senior managers that are far more "serious." Regardless of attitude front, every one of these people in the front building are fantastic and helpful and want you to walk away with a mutual benefit of their sale and your happiness. I've dealt with the service department on 3 different occasions. All 3 were an absolute nightmare to even get a call back. I would have one person bring my bike in for a "free check" and then try to be charged by someone else on pickup hundreds of dollars for multi hour jobs that were never discussed. Then when AAA gets it to the house, ITS MISSING the entire right side of the exhaust system among other things. They forced me to identify my exhaust before revealing the one exhaust they had in shop (how did they not know it belonged to my dual exhaust missing 1...?) before releasing it to me. I also noticed that they had taken out and re-put in without securing several bolts. That bike is in worse condition when I brought it home than when I took it in. They treated me with MAJOR attitude like I was a criminal trying to call and steal parts. I was flabbergasted to have been treated this way again not only by ANY business, but especially one that has a front office that treated me so well. Moral of the story? Buy your bike here! They have amazing prices and a sales staff that is wonderful and deserved their commissions to feed their families. The service department, however, should be wiped clean and re-staffed. Or maybe sent to some training to work on their people skills and touch up on a few moto basics? Again, I want to stress that I LOVED my sales experience. My salesman (Older gentleman in glasses with a desk right in the center of the bullpen) let me sit on bikes, feel things out, look thoroughly through things, etc. He didn't pressure me at ALL. They even brought out a ladder so I could sit on the brand new H2 I was considering! I was shocked they even let me touch it, let alone sit on it! I've purchased 4 bikes. 1 from this dealership. My next bike will also likely be purchased here. I just won't ever consider their service team as "qualified" to touch mine or any other bike at this point.

I bought a CBR 650 from these guys in 2018. 5 years to the day I went back and traded it in and got a Kawasaki 900Z. They let me test ride, worked with me a little on the pricing and overall did a really nice job. I also get my maintenance done there as well. Its the only place for me! Thanks boys!

Very Professional shop from all angles! Great service people with Professional Service Techs! showroom and parts department very well stocked and equipped run by nice people, great place too visit and shop, will definitely become my go~to shop from now on, 40 years-plus riding and enjoying motorcycles and off road vehicles, worked for several years in sales at a Multi brand dealership myself in Chicago, This place is great!

These gentlemen took their time to hunt down some parts and information and were genuine and very helpful and curteous. Professionals not pressuring but assisting ready to answer questions. No sour attitudes and im an out of towner. The selection of winter gloves was a different lineup compared to cycle-gear and other shops. I recommend going and checking out their motorcycle gear. Went in to look around walked out with a new helmet and new winter gloves. Thanks guys for your low pressure and patience. Mike.
